He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob B. Bradshaw and Gladys Mills Bradshaw; and his brothers, Charles Jerry Bradshaw and Leslie Raymond Bradshaw. He is survived by: his children, Steven Bradshaw (Kathleen), Sarah Lee (Hal) and Sandra McLain (Jim); his grandchildren, Lauren Roling (John), Genaveve Bradshaw, Brandon Lee (Lori), Lance Lee, Brandon Todd (Becky), Justin McLain (Jimena) and Daniel McLain (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Bryson, Kendall, Brody, Michael, Grayson and Max; and his grandchildren, Bryson, Kendall, Brody, Michael, Grayson and Max.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested in Perry's honor to the North Myrtle Beach Humane Society.
