He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Pinnix and Viola Pinnix. He is survived by: his spouse Sherlene Prater Pinnix; his children, Mitchell Pinnix (Cathy Knotts) and Karyn Briones (Gaston); his grandchildren, Pablo Briones and Olivia Briones Messoria (Ryan); his great grandchild Eden May Messoria; and his siblings, Allen Pinnix and Mabel Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Lee's memory and honor to the American Cancer Association, Glioblastoma Research.
