He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Marshall Jr. and Dorothy Anderson Marshall; and his sister Patricia Calello. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marshall; his sons, Timothy Marshall, Tyler Marshall and Matthew Marshall; his mother-in-law Frances Carney; and his siblings, James Marshall III (Patty), Edward Marshall (Rhonda), Dennis Marshall (Cindy), Ronald Marshall (Jacqui), Sharon Macholl (Fred), Diane Lovig (Kirke), Darlene Rivellini, Nancy Kapinos and Jennie Volpe (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
