He was predeceased by: his son Brian Adams. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Causey Adams; his son Brandon Adams; his stepson Matthew Strickland; his daughter Michelle Springer; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Strickland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
