She is survived by: her children, Johnny Case (Mary) and Patsy Bellamy Duncan; her grandchildren, Matt Duncan (Brandy), Ashleigh Simmons (Alan), Kevin Duncan (Danielle), Arielle Case and Jonathan Case (Kaylee); her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Maddi, William and Avery; and her siblings, Ruie Hunt, Fay Palmeri and Patsy Hinson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to a charity of one's choice.
