It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Allen Bennett of Little River, South Carolina, born in Lansing, North Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Bennett and Odell Bennett; and his siblings, Jackie Fischer, Charles Bennett and James Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Jeri Dean of Wheaton, MD; his children, Jeff Bennett (Michelle), Susan Fugate (Carl) and Cindy Hughes (Dan); his grandchildren, Allison, Kelsie, John Bennett, Cody, Lyle Fugate, Megan Erickson (Zac), Nathan and Noah Hughes; and his siblings, Bob Bennett (Judy), Judy Neaves (Larry), Mary Trivette, Margaret Mast (Glen), Michael Bennett (Diane), Rickie Bennett (Linda) and Becky Richardson.
Due to the pandemic, a private viewing will be held at his request for his wife, children, and grandchildren.
