It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James B Schoen of Little River, South Carolina, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harry F. of Marietta, OH., Freda Irene Schoen (Needs) of Marietta, OH., Benedict A. of Marietta, OH. and Mary Eileen Roddy (Hayes) of Marietta, OH.; his mother Margaret Eileen Schoen (Roddy); his sister Sara Kathleen Lovell (Schoen); his uncles, Michael Andrew Roddy and Neil Douglas Schoen; and his aunt Angela Sue Roddy.
He is survived by: his father James C. Schoen (Mimi) of Little River, SC; his siblings, Frederick D. Schoen (Marianne) of Gahanna, OH, Richard M. Schoen (Charles P. Gard) of Chesterton, IN, Mary I. Hartshorn (Eric) of Raleigh, NC and Angela C. Schoen of Benson, NC; and his brother-in-law Randy S. Lovell of Centerburg, OH. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews; 3 grandnephews; one grandniece; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
