He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy G. Billings and Eleanor England Billings. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Worthington; his sisters, Barbara Mussleman (Mike) and Diane B. Lewis (George); and his nephews, Robert, Rodney and Doug Caines.
