He is survived by: his significant other Vivian VanEpps; his children, Bruce Maze Combs (Libby), Kenneth Aaron Combs (Diane), Isabella "Belle" Nicole Combs and Angie Page (Billie); his grandchildren, Laney, Mazie, Kenzie, Nova, Aaron, Nathan, Jordan and Rachel; and his siblings, Dianne Duke (Kenny), Elaine Parker, Jane Pack (Fred), Dena Wilson and Keith Lumley.
