He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara A. Orr, (Childs) and Frank W. Orr, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Owen (Maass); his children, Captain Frank W. Orr, IV (Carole Moor), Michael R. Orr (Melissa) and Courtney Martinez (Major Richard Martinez); his grandchildren, Alida Orr, Reese Orr, Sophia Martinez and June Martinez; and his siblings, Bill Orr (Nancy) and Betsey Orr-Bennett (Al).
