She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Russ and Elva Leonard Russ of Brunswick County, NC.; and her significant other Allen O'Bryan "A. O.". She is survived by: her children, Benjy Hardee (Lynda), Sherri Hardee Holloway (Chris) and Sonya Hardee Martin (Morgan); her grandchildren, Mandi Reaves (Joe), Monica Hardee, Mary Ashley Bellamy (Scott), O'Bryan Martin, Hayley Martin, Austin Holloway, Christopher Holloway, Jessie Vereen and Jeremy Vereen; her daughters, Donna Gay Hardee and Regina Vereen Hardee; and her brother Billy Wade Russ. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and numerous other nieces and nephews.
