She was predeceased by: her parents, William Shute and Marie Shute. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Morenc; her children, Raymond Morenc (Chris), Steven Morenc (Lisa), Renee Hart and Marie Barker (Kyle); her grandchildren, Timothy Hart (Meghan), Eric Morenc, Taylor Morenc, Steven Morenc and Jacob Barker; and her siblings, Harry, Walt, Jim Shute, Helen Harper and Catherine "Cass" Wade. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
