She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Vosatka and Helen Vosatka; her brother Fredrick Vosatka; and her husband Thomas Horner. She is survived by: her son Thomas Horner (Marianne); and her grandchildren, Marni Horner, Michelle Horner, Marissa Petrucci (Mark), Thomas Horner and Anthony Horner. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
