He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Grace Johnson Neubarth (Johnson) and Otto Carl Neubarth; his brother Galen Otto Neubarth; and his granddaughter Faith Renee Rider. He is survived by: his wife Diana Kelso (Kelso); his son Robert Dennis Neubarth (Tricia); his grandchildren, Robert Dennis Neubarth, Jr., Hunter Charles Neubarth, Presley Lynn Neubarth Axtell (Randy) and Derek Wilson; his daughter Cassie Renee Neubarth Rider (David); his grandchildren, Easton Neubarth, Dayton Rider Nicholas Becker (Jonalynn Fuller), McKenna Rider, Sage Rider, Diana Rider and Carolina Rider; and his great grandchildren, Aubree, Victoria, Charlie and Genevieve Axtell.
