He was predeceased by: his wife Julie; and his children, Jason and Braedon. He is survived by: his children, Rick, Scott (Laura), Papi of Martha, Abeagale, Colman and MaryAgnes; and his brother Gary (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, wearing of face coverings and social distancing will be required.
