“I first met Dale nearly 40 years ago in Washington DC when she was working for Westinghouse and I was a foreign correspondent for a British newspaper covering the Falklands War. She was truly an amazing young woman, once met - never forgotten. I might almost say a one-off - full of original ideas about life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I learned a great deal from her and it was a true blessing that our paths crossed. I am certain many, many others feel the same. She is at peace.”
