She was predeceased by: her parents, Elva Depagnier (Kutchenrider) and Francis Depagnier. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Lindsey (Foley) and Christopher Foley (Kimberly); her grandsons, Mitchell and Connor Lindsey; her brother James Depagnier (Carol); and her nephews, Glen and Don Depagnier.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to Carol's favorite charities: Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association or a Local Animal Shelters.
