She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl H Cannon and Addie Faye Phillips Cannon; and her sisters, Patsy Faye and Cindy Lue. She is survived by: her children, Heather Angelique Harter (John Harter) and Bruce Allen Harter; her sister Judi Shipley; her brother-in-law Cliff Shipley; her brother Tony Cannon; her sister-in-law Janet Allender Cannon of Camby, IN.; her grandchildren, Jase Harter, Jonathan Shultz, Kailee Shultz, Jacob Ratekin and Rachel Ratekin; and her husband John Harter.
Social Distancing and Mask will be required.
In lieu of flowers Barb & John always supported the Leukemia Society financially and with the donation of plasma as their daughter Heather died of the disease.
