She is survived by: her children, Jesus, Kenny Todd Jr. (Teresa), Boo Boo Todd (Mandy), Tracie Ross (Michael) and Kelly Todd; her grandchildren, Kenny Todd (Kimberly), Chris Todd, Ali McDowell (Daryl), Cory Todd (Samantha), Cody Todd (Amanda), McKenzie Todd, Bryan Jordan (Amanda), Derek Jordan, Maegan Todd, Matt Johnson, Stuart Johnson, Stephen Mallard and Kaitlyn Jordan; her great grandchildren, Cassidy McDowell, Daysha Todd, Breanna Todd, Braxton Todd, Tucker Todd, Kylee Todd, Ellis Todd and Lydia Jordan; her pets, Maggie and Vallie; her siblings, Peggy Willard (Starlin), Bobby Livingston, Larry Livingston (Doo Dee), James Livingston (Debbie), Terry Livingston (Suzanne) and Elton Livingston; her husband Kenneth Watson Todd; and her brothers, Wayne Livingston, Tracy Livingston, Donald Livingston, Ronald Livingston, Barry Livingston and Sammy Livingston. She is also survived by her sons and daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren, brothers, sister, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers Mrs. Billie loved her church so much and will be asking for donations to Sharon Baptist Church 7610 Hwy 90 Longs, SC 29568 in her memory.
