He was predeceased by: his parents, Heyward Gause-Vareen and Martha Ann Gause-Vareen; and his sister Lula Cox. He is survived by: his wife Rosilyn Gause (Bae); his children, Barry M. Gause Jr., Crystal Tiggett of Little River and Dominque Chestnut (Andre); his grandchildren, Ava, Leah, Angela, De'ja, Andrian, Queen, Damien, Taylor and Cayden; his siblings, Gilbert Vereen of Las Vegas, NV, Sheila Burnett of Trenton, NJ, Hayward Vereen of Little River, SC, Deborah Vereen of Trenton, NJ, Betty Jean Scott of Longs, SC, Alma Myers of Longs, SC, Thelma Gause of Little River, SC, Helen Keel of Longs, SC and Beverly Gause of Conway, SC; his siblings-in-law, Natasha Smith (Steven) of Norristonn, Iven Ansley of Trenton, NJ, Burton Ford Alford of Trenton, NJ and Jack T. Cox of Little River, SC; his aunt Flora Livingston; and his uncles, William J. Verren, Van Lane, Lawrence Lang and Denver Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
