He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry and Phyllis Royland Perry; and his former wives, Carolyn Joy Chester and Maria E. Perry. He is survived by: his wife Cassandra "Sandy" S. Perry; his sons, Steven Perry and David Perry; his stepchildren, Steven B. Wagoner, Carlos Evans, Andy Evans, Melba Hawkins and Jacqueline Johnson; and his brother Arthur Perry. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
