He is survived by: his daughter Lindsey Page of Lexington; his sisters, Ninamarie Shinta (Rick) of Hickory Tavern and Dianna Page of Little Mountain; his grandson Roman Alexander Caselman; his niece Hannah Terpack (Shawn); and his nephews, John Still (Elizabeth), Cody Page (Whitney) and Kyle Page.
