He is survived by: his wife Donna Koon Fulmer; his children, David Ellis Fulmer (Denise) of Little Mountain and Denise Fulmer Morales (Mike) of Little Mountain; his brother Bill Fulmer (Brenda) of Little Mountain; his grandchildren, Corbyn Fulmer, Kyzer Fulmer, Ella Morales, Cooper Morales and Harper Morales; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Koon (Peggy), Homer Koon (Jo), Carolyn Shealy and Debbie Taylor (Jim).
