He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth E. Kelley and Alma June Stephens Kelley; and his brother Steve Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Patty Kelley; his sons, William Keith Kelley, II (Kayla) of Central and Kenneth Brandon Kelley (Meredith) of Ware Shoals; and his sisters, Pam Kelley of Easley and Cheryl Lowe of Fort Mill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
