He is survived by: his sons, Scot Whitaker (Rhonda) of Liberty and Johnny Ray Whitaker of Liberty; his grandchildren, Ryan Whitaker (Haley) of Liberty and Sydney Lemar (David) of Liberty; his stepgrandson Scotty Evett of Easley; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Peyton, Addie, Eastin, Alayna and Elijah; and his sister Margaret Whitaker of Liberty.
