She was predeceased by: her husband William Charles "Bill" Rice; her parents, Raymond Roy and Evelyn Tipton Dickard; and her sister Margaret Dacus. She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Finley (John) of Easley; and her siblings, Henry Dickard (Donna) of Liberty, Martha Hughes of Greenwood, Nancy Bowen (Jerry) of Easley and Dorothy Coggins (Bobby) of Travelers Rest.
Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic and CDC guidelines, limited seating will be available and social distancing will be observed.
