We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2021, at the age of 86, Ruth Ann Fowler (Liberty, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rome Bryant and Ollie Owens Bryant. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Holcombe (Dan) of Norris, Debbie Stewart (Al) of Liberty, Roy Fowler (Cindy) of Easley, Craig Fowler (Laurie) of Lugoff, Jimmy Fowler (Candice) of Orangeburg and Larry Fowler of Liberty; and her sisters, Joyce Porter of Liberty and Margie Fowler of Liberty. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
