He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Chandler Galloway and Leon M. Galloway; and his siblings, Leon Galloway, William Charles Galloway, Jessie Galloway and Nell Chandler Galloway.
He is survived by: his son Robert Galloway, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Meghan Galloway; his grandson Gavin Galloway of Tavares, Florida; his goddaughter Fran Gibson Shuler of Asheville, NC.; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Geiger Wilkes (Bobbie Robinson). He is also survived by three nieces.
