He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Wilson Collins; his stepmother Mary Esther Collins; and his siblings, Teresa Cannon, Kay Price, Luther Collins and Leroy Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Nicole Burrell (Jackie Lamar Dodgins) and Michael Ray Collins (Renee); his granddaughters, Misty Michelle Collins (Tracey) and Brittany Star; his great grandchildren, Leo and Hezekiah; and his brother Junior Collins.
