He is survived by: his wife Beth Spivey; his daughter Amanda "Cookie" Mauldin; his grandsons, Ethan McClain, Bentley Mauldin and Alex Turner; his sisters, Norma Walker and Janice Posey; his mother-in-law Alberta Gantt; and his nieces, Brandy Karr, Amanda Joslyn and Adrian Holden.
