She was predeceased by: her spouse W. C. "Dub" Baldwin, Jr.; her parents, Clarence Oswald and Clara Jane Wilson Cater; her siblings, Dorothy Cater of Virginia, Erby, Woodrow and Davis Cater; and her daughter-in-law Sandra Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Baldwin (Sue) of Liberty, Fred Baldwin (Rachel) of Liberty, Wayne Baldwin of Liberty and Sheila Gillespie (Benny) of Anderson; her grandchildren, Keith Gillespie, Maria Haskett, Douglas Baldwin, Miranda Wimpey, Erica Wells, Aaron Baldwin and Travis Baldwin; and her niece Carolyn White of Liberty. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
