He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Richard M. and Edna Brady Fuller; and his siblings, Richard "Dickey" Fuller, Harold Fuller, Sandy LeCroy and Joann Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Burdette Fuller; his children, Selena Owens (Anthony) of Anderson, Miranda Smith (Shannon) of Easley and Brandon Howard (Donette) of Central; and his siblings-in-law, Aurelie "Cookie" Fuller, Sandra Fuller of Liberty and Donald Smith of Liberty. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many special nieces and nephews.
