She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Sanford and Ola Mae Brown Waller; her children, Rick Rumble and Kimber Rumble; and her sister June Gilbreath.
She is survived by: her husband Collin T. "Tom" Jurkovich; her daughter Debbie Phillips (Brian) of Aliquippa, PA; her stepson Collin T. Jurkovich, II of Frankenmuth, MI; and her grandchildren, Michael Rumble, Alexis Eaton, Pamela Eaton, Ashley Eaton, Harley Rumble, Derik Moon and Kiana Rumble. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
