He is survived by: his parents, Joel W., Sr. and Mary Whitmire Aiken; his wife Jillian M. Aiken; his son Elijah Jeremiah Aiken; his sisters, Melissa Ellenburg of Easley and Shelia Galloway of Liberty; and his nieces and nephews, Kaitlin "Elle" Ellenburg, Ashley Kay, Randall Galloway and Samantha Galloway.
