With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janie LaGarda of Liberty, South Carolina, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Daniel and Martha Daniel of Lincolnton; her siblings, William (Jenny Daniel), Robert (Emily Daniel), Lucille Ross of Rockingham and Cornelia (David Rhine); her children, Ronnie Greene of Chicago, IL, Tom Greene of High Scholes, Diane Ringmeier of Glen Ellyn, Edward Ringmeier, Jr. of Chicago and Joseph Ringmeier of Chicago, Illinois.; her grandson Richard Ringmeier; and her husband Arthur LaGarda.
She is survived by: her sister Georgia; her children, Pamela Forrester of Indianapolis, William and Catherine Frankowski of Chicago; her grandsons, Michael Ringmeier and Steven Ringmeier; her great grandchildren, Coraline and Charlotte; her nieces and nephews, Robert Daniel of Columbia, Patricia, Todd Willmore of Sharpsburg, Georgia, David and Nancy Daniel of Apopa, Florida.; her friends, Gail, Judy, Jean, Gwen, Barb, Tommy and Sharon; and her former husband Edward Ringmeier.
