Irene King Griffith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene King Griffith of Liberty, South Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William F. "Bill" Griffith; her parents, Zuella Eugene and Lillie Campbell King; and her brother Bill King. She is survived by: her sister Iris K. Pepper of Easley; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Tollison of Easley, Virginia Byrd of Atlanta and Dot Griffith of Easley; and her nieces and nephews, Janice O'Bryant (Paul), Gene Pepper (Sandy), Tommy King (Sharon), Roger King (Jeri), Barry Griffith (Jackie) and Brad Griffith (Sara).
The service will be limited to the 50 people and the family has requested all in attendance wear masks and social distancing will be observed.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Flat Rock Baptist Church, 115 Slab Bridge Road, Liberty SC 29657.
