With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold William Ryder (Liberty, South Carolina), born in Brevard, North Carolina, who passed away on November 7, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ryder and Etta Eubanks Ryder; and his brothers, Charles Ryder and Lewis "John" Ryder. He is survived by: his former wife Linda Woodson (Richard Brenner) of Liberty; his children, Kenneth Ryder, Daniel Ryder and Tammy McGinnis; and his siblings, Bert Ryder, Mary Elizabeth Wiggins and Kathleen Morgan. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Blue Ridge Baptist Church, 3858 Reasonover Road, Cedar Mountain NC 28718.
