She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Olonzo Galloway; her parents, Vernon Shelby Speights and Louise Miller Monger; her son David Paul Galloway; and her brothers, Donald and Charles Speights.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Pratt-Walters (Jeff) of Norris, Cyndi Young (Douglas) of Seneca and Keith Galloway of Norris; and her sister Maurine "Elsie" Holmes of Burnesville, NC. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
