We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2021, at the age of 89, Florence M. Hughes of Liberty, South Carolina, born in Pickens, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Adger Duckworth and Ruth Ann Duckworth (Stephens); and her former husbands, Joe Wallace Stansell and Charles Wesley McDonald. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law June Stansell of Grenville, SC; her granddaughter Kelli Stansell Hijar (Isaac); her great grandchildren, German and Rowan Hijar; and her sister Florene Pilgrim.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
