She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Blalock and Eva Alexander Blalock; and her daughter Anita Carol. She is survived by: her husband R. E. "Mac" McAlister; her daughter Cindy Lewis (Mark) of Liberty; her grandchildren, Carla Lewis of Mt. Pleasant, Courtney Lewis (Laura) of Liberty and Caroline Johnson (Jimmy) of Anderson; and her great grandchild Coleman Lewis.
