She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Childs and Isabel Reece Childs; and her grandson Ross Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jane Greene (Martin) of Chesnee, Tim Smith (Ruth) of Pacolet and Daniel Smith (Robin) of Spartanburg; her brother Wayne Childs of Brownwood, TX; and her granddaughter Danielle Davis.
