He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Shiflet and Nellie Shiflet; his wife Patsy Leara Shiflet; and his son Johnny Shiflet. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Lynn Whitworth (Gail) of Carrollton, GA and Lori Lee McKinney (Benny) of Easley; and his stepchildren, Henry Jerome Hutto (Candy) of Liberty, Kenneth Wayne Hutto of Cartersville, GA, Thomas Jason Hutto of Marietta, GA and Donna Hutto Yingling (Herb) of Easley.
