He is survived by: his wife Lynette Rish Bland; his son David William Bland; his daughter-in-law Mary Joyce Bland; his grandchildren, Colin Bland (Anthony), Kyle Bland and Karis Bland; his sisters, Sharon Biga and Julianna (Cookie) Hyatt (David); and his nieces and nephews, Jack Jackson (Delores), Bland Jackson (Natalia), Elijah Hyatt (Maggie), Kasey Biga Johnson (Mark), Nancy Bland Shealy (Jason), Danielle Bland and Jessica Lemere (Michael).
