He is survived by: his wife Shirley Nobles Parker; his children, Timothy Parker, Jr., Scott Parker, Mark Parker, Sr., Donna Rish (Leon) and Matthew Parker (Chasity); his grandchildren, Bryan, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Teresa, Luke, Mark Jr., Hannah, Sierra, Jenna, Timothy III and Seth; and his brothers, Lindsay C. Parker, Jr., Curtis L. Parker, Stanley L. Parker and Charles E. Parker. He is also survived by 5 greatgrandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
