“Tom Tarter was a rock solid individual, and a great Husband & Dad; hard working, caring, honest, reliable, and good natured with a quiet sense of humor. All those great adjectives wrapped up in one man. I first met Tom when he and my sister Jessica became engaged. She brought him up North to meet his Yankee future in-laws, and show him off a bit. You would think he might have been intimidated, but not in the least. I have never been happier for my sister. He is truly missed by many.”
