She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Ralph Filson and Virginia Pauline Walter Filson; her husband Harold Easley Bomar, Jr.; her son Michael Derin Bomar; and her grandson Malcolm Tanner Bomar.
She is survived by: her cousin Charlotte Montgomery; her children, Harold Malcolm Bomar (Della) and Sharon Denise Bomar Black (Johnny); her grandchildren, Eva Christine Black, William Michael Black (Shannon), Robert Gordon Black (Ellison) and Aaron Decatur Allison (Kelsey); her great grandchildren, Sawyer Dorman, Waylon, Brooks Black, Judd, Iris Black, Austyn and Adaline Allison; and her siblings, Tina White, Margo Chaffins and Ralph Filson. She is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews and cousins.
