She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Antonio Betsill and Henrietta King Betsill; and her husband Bobby Joe "Bob" Padgett. She is survived by: her sons, Richard Lawrence O'Cain of Monticello, GA and William Lewis O'Cain (Diane) of Monticello, GA; and her sisters, Bonnie Betsill Stroman (Richard) and Toni Betsill Steele (Kevin). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
