He was predeceased by: his parents, Muller Drue and Barbara Richards Sharpe; and his brother James Edmund "Jimmy" Sharpe. He is survived by: his wife Hilda (Hinson); his daughter Donna Prevatte; his grandchildren, Michele Fowler (Jason) and Nickolas Prevatte (Julie); his pet Cocoa; his great grandchildren, Noah and Maelynn; and his siblings, Vikki Allen, Teresa Seibert (Charles), Alice Douglas (Steven), Chris Sharpe (Liz) and Billy Sharpe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. Timothy's Episcopal Church Remembrance Fund.
