He is survived by: his wife Elinor Louise Neeley-Brabham; his children, Russell Brabham, Gary William Neeley (Patti), Michelle Renee, Brabham Watton and Vicki Lynn Watton (Clifton); and his sister Helen B. Looney (Charles). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
