Foster of Lexington; her sons, Dwayne (Marlene) and Olin Jr. Ballentine (Rhonda) of Lexington; and her grandson Olin "Trey" Ballentine III of North Carolina. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
